Definition of terms

For the purposes of this TOS, the following terminologies are used:

The term “WE” refers to ibuildph.com and its operators; “MEMBERS” refers to the advertisers, suppliers and professionals listed in the catalog; “YOU” refers to the visitors of the site.

Ibuildph is an on-line catalog developed to facilitate your search for construction materials, suppliers, professionals and project listings whichever your current requirement may be.

Contents found in the catalog are for information purposes only and not to endorse any product, services or professional in particular.

Data about the products, services or professionals are supplied by the members who acknowledge and agree to provide true and accurate information. It is the members’ responsibility to update their own data to be displayed in the catalog. Ibuildph will not be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information supplied by the members.

Should there be fraudulent or offensive content given by any member, we reserve the right to remove such information or terminate the member’s listing without prior notice.

Trademark Information

All trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos of Ibuildph and of members listed in the catalog are their owners’ property. You and any other member agree not to alter, copy, reproduce, trade, sell, resell or exploit any trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or any portion of the materials posted or portion of Ibuildph catalog, for your own profitable gain or commercial purposes.

Members and visitors acknowledge and agree to respect intellectual property of others. Ibuildph has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access through our products, services, or the catalog. Material available on or through other websites may be protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the Philippines. The terms of use of those websites, and not the Ibuildph Terms of Service, govern over your use of that material.

To Be A Member

Request to be enlisted will mean that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions governing the Ibuildph catalog.

If you intend to be a member and be enlisted, you may send us through email (please refer to our Contact Information) the following information:

For Product Manufacturer, Owner or Supplier:

  • Product name
  • Product category (e.g. roofing, paint, etc.)
  • Short description or specifications of the product (e-copy of your brochure can be included)
  • Suppliers (or where your products are available)
  • Company name
  • Website or URL, e-mail address, snail mail and contact numbers

For Suppliers:

  • Product endorser’s name
  • Company name
  • Website or URL, e-mail address, snail mail and contact numbers
  • Products endorsed

For Professionals:

  • Name
  • Profession
  • Company name
  • Website or URL, e-mail address, snail mail and contact numbers
  • Brief profile (pictures of past and present projects can be included)

Information displayed on the catalog will be as what is supplied to us. Members will have to update their own profile by sending us written notification. Submitted profile will never be used for any other materials or purposes except for this catalog.

Members understand and agree that Ibuildph, its owners and operators will not be liable to them for any corrective, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages or loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other insubstantial losses. The use of this on-line catalog is for information purposes only.

However, members may terminate their listing or membership by submitting written request, stating their reason for such request, to Ibuildph.

Dealings with Clients

Your correspondence or dealings with any member, and vice versa, including payments, deliveries of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND SUCH MEMBER (and vice versa). Ibuilph will never act as your mediator and will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of such dealings.

Modification and Termination of Services

Ibuildph reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently its services at any time and from time to time. Members agree that we are not liable to them or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Ibuildph services or any part thereof.

We may, however, post on this website any significant changes or modification.
